The Community Pharmacists Association (CPA) is a voluntary professional body established to unify pharmacists and retail pharmacies across Zimbabwe. As the specialists and custodians of medicines, we are dedicated to promoting public health through the provision of expert pharmaceutical care

Vision

To be the most recognized and vibrant association in promoting the practice of community pharmacy.

Mission

To be the strongest and most influential association in the promotion of public health through the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients under the community pharmacy practice setting.

Our Nature

The CPA is a voluntary professional association with perpetual succession, functioning as a distinct legal entity dedicated to the advancement of our members and the health of the Zimbabwean public

Our Objectives

To protect and promote the interests and rights of community pharmacy practice

To seek legal advice as and when necessary in the fulfilment of sub - section a above

To encourage a spirit of solidarity and cooperation amongst its members and to raise the status of the pharmacy profession in the health industry and in the public eye.

To work in close conjunction with affiliate professions and associations, and other allied trades including government, civic organizations and Non- Governmental Organizations

To improve the science and art of community pharmacy practice through continuous professional development and peer reviews.

To create and maintain a standard of professional conduct which at it’s minimum is stated in the Code of Ethics of the Association.
